I always believe as a teacher that our mission is not only passing knowledge to the coming generations but also supporting them to believe in themselves and guiding them to achieve their goals. I have a wonderful rapport with children. I am patient, kind and nurturing towards them. I always care about having fun and making the lesson plans engaging and interesting to the students. Looking for different and new methods to motivate the students is very important. Students who are not motivated will not learn effectively. I like to get the students involved in the classroom and be the leaders. This will teach them responsibility and initiative. I like to connect the curriculum to real life and discuss it with the students allowing them to demonstrate their point of view and to be creative. So, they will not get bored.
