About Rebecca

My background is in gymnastics, with much knowledge in the sport I am hoping to help and empower many aspiring sports people, acrobats, handstand lovers, dancers and all athletes to reach their goals.

I pride my lessons on being professional, enjoyable, well planned and motivating. It is important for the student to walk away feeling happy and energised.

I have been coaching gymnastics for over 15 years in preschools. schools, clubs and institutes in Australia and Japan . In all settings have planned and run very successful private lessons to help students achieve little or big skills which they have been trying to obtain. I have also helped to increase strength, flexibility and skills to help all round agility for netballer's, dancers, soccer players and more.

I was a member of the Australian Team for Woman's Artistic gymnastics for 5 years and competed successfully in many national and international competitions. My highlight being a gold, silver and bronze medal at the Commonwealth Games

About the lesson

I have done many private lessons and work with all age groups. In my lessons I am fully committed to getting you to your goal in a positive and encouraging environment.

I work with artistic gymnasts, rhythmic gymnasts, dancers and anyone who would like to improve their acro skills, flexibility or strength. Even soccer and rugby players. Who doesn't want to do a back tuck after they kick a goal!

My tutoring depends on your goals. For example if your goal was to learn a back walkover I would assess where you were at and then plan a skill, strength and flexibility program to get you to your goal.

The lesson would typically run between 30 mins to 1 hour. Preferably two times per week.

I have been a gymnastics coach for over 15 years and currently coach an amazing level 6-8 squad, I have tutored many students and been so proud of all their hard work and achievements.

Advanced gymnastics accreditation and kids yoga certificate.
