About Yannis

I helped the students for nearly two years for French Ministry of Education. For more than a year and a half in a middle school in the area of Lyon and then a few years later in another middle school in the area of Lyon and three primary schools of the neighborhood. I also taught for an association of Villeurbanne which offered lesson to people with learning difficulties but also various financial or social difficulties, so I was responsible to teach history and geography to the students.

About the lesson

With a bachelor of history and geography, I am currently studying a french university degree in political science and journalism. I strongly believe in interactivity and personal research to learn while having fun and remember more easily. I also offer activities such as questions about the sources to support the selection of information to draw documents but also exercices to prepare exams.

Excellent! Yannis a été un professeur tres pedagogue, il a su prendre en compte les demandes et les besoins de Luc et s'adapter à son handicap. Nous en avons été tres satisfait. Experience particulierement positive !

Elève attentif et curieux. Si la méthodologie faisait réellement défaut, elle a vite été assimilé. La plus grosse difficulté a certainement été la concentration du fait de ses problèmes personnels.

Je suis professeur ( titulaire ) au collège Henri Barbusse de Vaulx en Velin depuis 16 ans et j'ai eu l'occasion de travailler avec Yannis pendant quelques années.
J'ai pu constater que c'était une personne très sérieuse professionnellement qui avait un bon " feeling" avec les élèves. Yannis possède les qualités nécessaires pour enseigner et à n'en pas douter il les utilisera régulièrement pour mener à bien les missions d'un professeur.
