About Aleksandra
I'm passionate about helping students discover the joy that mathematics brings. Maths captivates me because it's like solving a puzzle where everything clicks into place. My favourite topics are differentiation and algebra because they're applicable in real-life scenarios. I believe maths is about thinking creatively and developing resilience—not just memorising formulae. Outside academics, I've done ballet for 14 years, teaching me discipline and perseverance. I also occasionally engage in fun tennis matches.

What makes me stand out is my commitment to understanding how you think and learn. I work through problems one-to-one, guiding you towards answers rather than giving them. I'll ask questions that help you think through problems yourself, building your confidence and independence. I'm attentive and organised, preparing thoroughly with relevant practice problems and helping you create structured revision plans. Whether you're aiming for top grades or wanting to deepen your understanding, I'm here to help. I teach KS2, KS3, 11+, 13+, I/GCSE Maths and Further Maths for students of all ages. Lesson length is completely up to you however, typically lessons last from one hour to an hour and a half. I have previously been a buddy/tutor for four years, whilst studying for my A-levels.
