About Toby
My name is Toby.I come from China,I graduated in Shangrao Normal University and majoring in mathematics. I can get joy from my student's progress,that's why I became a teacher.
Now I mainly teaching a level math in Shanghai's institution in China.
I have teached 6 students in math for 3 months,all of them are in grade 9.My student Houjieyu improve her rank from the last one to the middle(70 students) after studying two months with me in this institution.

I try to improve students' abstract thinking ability.Apply Feynman's learning method to let students speak more, so that the knowledge acquired by students is based on their own efforts, and they will have a greater sense of accomplishment. Teachers only play the role of instructing ideas, and students need to figure out how to derive theorems. In this way, knowledge does not only come from memory.
