About Giulia

My name is Giulia, I have taught and I teach Yoga around the world: England, Morocco, France, Italy and Portugal.
Today I am happy. Before, my life was a mess. Then yoga found me and from there I digged more and more into this practice. From my refuge yoga has become my source of energy and inspiration in life.
I went to India. I studied and I chose to become a Yoga teacher to spread what she was giving me.
Today I am happy, I love my life and I just want to make what happened to me happen to all the people who have stopped believing that it is possible to be in charge of their own's life.

About the lesson

Usually before a private lesson, I like to get to know the student so that I can better prepare their lessons.
The lessons will then be created according to the student's needs and I will create with them a path to follow in order to achieve their goals. The lessons are therefore suitable for each level.
