I am a very open minded person when teaching because I was once in the position of my students, my lesson plans will generally consist of my students grade level math skills with adding a bit of higher level skills, we will work on the subject that they are on in their math class or what they need extra help with. I will need information on what my students skill levels are so I will have a skill placement test to determine what we need to work on.
