About Divya
I am Divya, a year 10 student currently in high school. As a child, I loved math up until year 9 where it went a bit downhill because I had no friends in my class. I always encourage sitting with friends in class as long as you still get work done and don’t completely shut off your friends because they can actually be helpful. Now, as a year 10 student, I have realized that having a “good foundation” from primary school will really boost your ability to learn in secondary school.

My lessons are for students in primary school. The typical lesson length is 1 hour and I will aim to provide a lot of practice questions targeting a good math foundation rather than talking at the students the whole time. This will improve their ability to solve problems instead of being able to simply recite theory

Details
As tutoring prices increase, it is almost impossible to find tutors that charge below $40. I am starting this tutoring class which is affordable for many. Additionally, as a year 10 in high school, I am nearing my graduating time which means I should begin saving up as I dream of having my own place at 18 and pay for med school fees.
