I teach Maths to students of 8th class to board (10+12) in Delhi

Krati is an incredible yoga instructor. She makes the learning joyful and is very humble and polite in nature. Her attention to details and ability to provide modification has really helped me a lot. Her classes are a must try!!

I do my pranayama and asanas practice with Krati. She is very punctual, active and full of freshness. The warm ups and asanas cover all the body joints and the pranayama in the beginning calms my breathing. So far I have experienced my body to be more flexible and my mind more calm.
