I am a home chef. I used to invite people home, who viewed my menu on Plate culture. But due to security reasons and the Covid, I have ceased doing this . I have had several visits and enjoyed meeting people .

My teaching method is fuss free... no required measurements. I eyeball my ingredients to make it palatable. I work out of home as I find this most convenient. I used to be a caregiver and cook dysphagia meals

Perfect! Such an amazing teacher!!!! So incredibly talented. And personable too. We had a great chat, she taught me to cook an amazing meal, helped me the whole way through and has the kindest heart. I cannot recommend her enough!!!!
- Kim was very eager to learn the technique I have in cooking simple Indian meals. It was an animated session. We got to know each other and tho it took almost 2 hours to complete the dishes, Kim was very interested to know more. She intends to perfect her ability to do the same herself, for which I have given her the recipe. A very friendly n easy learner. I am impressed.Aloh's response :
