About Delilah

I am a passionate piano teacher with nine years of experience and a Bachelor of Music in Jazz Piano. My teaching approach centers on active musical involvement, helping students connect deeply with every note they play. I emphasize artistic intent, guiding learners to express emotion and meaning through music.

I provide personalized instruction tailored to each student’s strengths, goals, and learning style. Lessons integrate theory, history, technique, and creativity, ensuring a well-rounded musical foundation. I believe understanding the “why” behind the music is just as important as playing it.

Over the years, I have successfully taught students from complete beginners to professional performers. My approach encourages curiosity, discipline, and confidence at every level. I design exercises and repertoire that challenge students while keeping lessons engaging and inspiring.

Creativity and exploration are key components of my teaching, allowing students to develop their own musical voice. I emphasize consistent practice alongside imaginative interpretation to achieve growth. My ultimate goal is for students to enjoy playing, feel accomplished, and develop lifelong musicianship.

About the lesson

My teaching approach is focused on helping students build strong piano skills step by step.
