About Tushara
I have a Bachelor's in two majors: Psychology and Child Learning & Development and a Master's in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. I have worked as a Crisis Counselor for nine years and in the field of health sciences as well. I have been tutoring students who are older than me starting from grade school in various subjects, such as Calculus, Biology, Chemistry, and eventually, Psychology. I was an undergraduate teaching assistant to the head of the Psychology Department in the University of Texas at Dallas in Educational Psychology and also for another professor in Clinical Psychology. I also tutored elementary school girls in regards to growing older to be a strong and independent woman. I helped instill feminism in them along with changing girls who are starting to display the symptoms of eating disorders.

I teach students through intrinsic motivation using principles taught to me in my career as an Industrial Psychologist. I have studied Educational Psychology, meaning that I use specific pedagogical tactics to help students do their best. My typical lesson plan arises from my textbooks, so I teach directly from unbiased sources. I teach individuals how to research from previous articles, statistics, psychology, organizational psychology, training and development, along with theory of mind, and so much more. My lessons are present for any and every student of psychology ranging from grade school and all the way to students during their Bachelor's degrees. I can change my lessons based on what the student knows, and I build from there.
