About Andre
I am a dedicated practitioner and teacher of Tai Chi with a strong focus on health, energy cultivation, stress relief, and personal transformation through daily practice. My teaching combines traditional Tai Chi principles with a calm, accessible approach that allows complete beginners and experienced practitioners alike to benefit from the practice.
For many years I have studied internal arts, movement practices, meditation, and body-mind training. My goal as a teacher is not only to guide physical exercises, but to help students reconnect with balance, breathing, awareness, and consistency in their everyday lives. I believe Tai Chi should be practical, grounded, and available to everyone regardless of age, fitness level, or previous experience.
I currently teach regular live online Tai Chi classes focused on:
- Stress reduction and nervous system regulation
- Energy cultivation and vitality
- Mobility, posture, and joint health
- Breathwork and standing meditation
- Longevity and internal balance
I am especially interested in teaching because I have seen how deeply consistent practice can improve both physical and mental well-being. In modern life many people experience stress, exhaustion, anxiety, disconnection, and burnout. Tai Chi offers a simple but profound method for restoring calm, strength, clarity, and resilience.
