About Srishti

Hi I am Srishti Mittal. I am deeply passionate about teaching Yoga and meditation. I love to incorporate mindfulness and movement-based therapeutic practices in my classes. My classes will help you to improve mind-body connection and feel balance in life.

About the lesson

My method is simple. I focus on productivity and time management. The quality of my teaching instruction is high and I teach fluent Vinyasa style classes. Vinyasa Yoga helps to open up the heart and trust the process. It improves flexibility and mind body connection.
