“Practice of oriental and tribal fusion dance since adolescence and teacher for 5 years”

A little about me:)
Acrobatic rock accompanied a long part of my childhood, champion of Provence, I also practiced salsa, ragga and modern jazz. At the same time, my passion for oriental dance was revealed when I was 11 years old. I started my studies with Myriam Bouteldj, international champion of oriental dance, then I trained with Iman Fernandez (sublime dancer / choreographer who tours with “Les Roses du Djenaa”).
In the field of tribal fusion dance, it is by integrating the TERPSICHORE Troupe that I was able to tour in France and abroad thereafter.
I pushed my passion by pursuing studies of dance (contemporary, jazz, classical bases) in Toulouse at the Center chorégraphique James Carlès, in professional training of the improvement of the dancer interpreter.
I am now a teacher of oriental (Egyptian) and tribal fusion dance offering private lessons and monthly workshops at the Le Trait Bleu dance school.
I also offer my solo work under the stage name 'ArtJuvia' * on various events, as well as a duo work at the heart of a project on the female body in the company 'Délivrance Sauvage' *

About the lesson

Hello to you beautiful dancer soul :)
I invite you to discover my universe which extends beyond the borders of movement.

I offer personalized support for the development of the body and the technique of each dancer, while respecting the wishes of each. I teach Egyptian oriental dance and tribal fusion dance. My fusion style is directly inspired by oriental dance (mainly baladi and sharki raqs) but also Indian, contemporary, hip-hop and Datura style dances (Online training with Rachel Brice, Zoe Jakes, ..). Being bilingual I also give dance lessons in English. Push back the limits of your body during an intense but just as gentle and progressive evolution! :)

My courses and their content / unfolding:

1 / Anchoring focus (work relating to the earth, breathing techniques and keys to refocusing in space) - Passive stretching (long duration) based on the spiral in the body, the opening of the fascia and flexibility through relaxation and breathing -> for the 1h30 and 2h
2 / Physical warm-up and / or active flexibility (in movement, based on dance yoga, cardio and strengthening of the arms, legs and abs, our center)
3 / Guided improvisation & exploration of movement that starts from oneself -> for the 2H classes
4 / Technique in oriental dance and / or tribal fusion (in-depth exercises, paths and over-positions, work on fluidity, crossings)
5 / Combo / choreography to practice the technique with the intentions and the gaze to relax and enjoy, all on traditional, atypical and varied music!
6 / Closing relaxation -> for 2-hour lessons

J'y y always adds a touch of history, learning rhythms in oriental dance, working on musicality, useful references, knowledge of anatomy and spiritual anatomy to work on anchoring and intention.

It is possible to take lessons of:
- 1H (intensive warm-up, technique and combo): 30 euros
- 1H30 (stretching & anchoring - warm-up, technique and combo): 40 euros
- 2H (stretching & anchoring - in-depth warm-up and / or guided improvisation, technique, combo and closing relaxation): 55 euros

1 MONTH (4 lessons of 1H) : 80 euros (20 euros per course)
ONE TERM (12 lessons of 1 hour): 160 euros (13 euros per course)
ONE YEAR (36 lessons of 1 hour): 290 euros (8 euros per course) [ N]
1 MONTH (4 lessons of 1:30): 100 euros (25 euros the lesson)
ONE TERM (12 lessons of 1:30): 210 euros (17.5 euros the lesson)
ONE YEAR (36 lessons of 1h30): 390 euros (11euros the lesson)
