About Ann Marie
I have been studying tradtionla yoga and meditation for over 10 years. I am a certified through Tapasya Yoga Peeth, under the tutelage of Yogendra Mishra (Yogiji) who comes from a family of traditional Indian Brammans. I obtained CYT status in November 2016.

I teach a simple yoga and meditation practice, with a primary focus on connecting to the breath. This gentle all-levels practice also incorporates simple pranayama techniques to help clear blockages in the energy body. In the traditional view, the physical yoga practice is just preparatory practice for the main event, meditation.
