I met Mark about 6 years ago because I needed to set up a website. I am a complete computer dinosaur and was daunted by the prospect but Mark was wonderful.

We discussed my business needs, he made proposals and together we designed an excellent website.

Over the years the website has been updated and tweaked and Mark has always been very obliging and fast to respond.

He has a tremendous knowledge of technology, which he shares with ease. He explains everything and he doesn't use unnecessary jargon.

Mark is knowledgeable and has years of experience in IT training as well as a good sense of humour. But what I like most about Mark's style of teaching is that he is able to explain something complex in a simple way that I, as a non-IT person, can understand.
