Besides being consummately qualified and thoroughly competent in her subject area - she is also an extremely sincere and approachable person, - willing and able to make that extra bit of effort and go that extra distance to help out when a student needs it most. Further, she has a knack of making her lecture-content very relatable to her students/audience which goes a long way in boosting their confidence and easing the process of initiation of not just the technicalities of the language, - but also elements of the culture it represents.
