About Lucy
I am a 26 year old from Scotland who has been working in London for the past two years as a PE teacher. I absolutely love working with children and creating a positive classroom culture where students feel at ease in my classroom/sports pitch.
75% of my students in my BTEC sport Y13 class last year achieved distinction with all students passing the course. I feel that my classroom approach really helps students to embed long term learning which has helped my previous students to achieve such great results.

I am an enthusiastic teacher who loves inspiring young people through education. I like to teach through questioning and real life working examples as I feel that it helps to develop deep routed learning. I like to use engaging lesson plans and I am very adaptable to the lesson style that you require.
I have been a PE teacher for two years in London teaching theory and practical lessons. I also have an undergraduate degree in Business so I am very competent in that area. Furthermore, I have also completed higher education in English, Maths, Psychology, Biology and History at an advanced level.
I have taught ages 11-18 at high school but also have coaching experience with primary school children. I am willing to teach all ages.
