I had Ms. Kupper as a teacher in both Middle School and High School. She was my favorite teacher! She cared about my life and made topics easy to understand. I had her for a bunch of subjects and she helped me figure out strategies for learning on my own.

She always put in time getting to know them, sponsor activities, advocate for them and their education, along with informally mentoring them to help them accomplish their dreams and goals. She has continually worked to update her knowledge and understanding of her field, teaching, and how to help students in an SEL (socio-emotional learning) way. She does this because she is committed to helping students learn and be successful in their lives. She is extremely patient and takes the time to explain things in a variety of ways if students don't understand.
