I prepare each lesson based on the age and body setting of the students, with increasing physical challenges to stimulate the student without losing confidence in their abilities, reaching the objectives without stressing body and mind, to have, at the end of each lesson, the feeling of having spent time to self-care.
I have been working for years in the artistic and sports sector, recognized dancer and teacher of ballet, modern, contemporary dance and pilates. I graduated after a long course of theoretical and practical studies on the pilates technique and anatomy, to work optimally for the psychophysical wellness of the student.
