About Melanie

I am a Yoga teacher with studies in Rishikesh, India of Hata Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Philosophy of Yoga and anatomy focused on Yoga. Yoga is my passion, my lifestyle and my way of sharing with the world.

About the lesson

According to the level and style of yoga that the student prefers, I start with the basics and according their abilities, I go deeper into a more advanced practice. Always with communication and absolute confident with the student. I focus on the alignment of postures accompanied by correct breathing. I teach exercises to get to the posture, improve it and deepen it in a dynamic and entertaining way.

Bueno, para las personas que quieren iniciar un proceso de transformación a través de esta bella disciplina (el yoga), les recomiendo muchísimo el acompañamiento de Melanie. En cualquier proceso de cambio se necesita de alguien que acompañe, cuestione sin ego, sea ejemplo y crezca con los procesos ajenos. Esa persona es Melanie, ella sabe compartir lo que sabe y sabe compartirse en tiempo y disposición. Ojalá se den la oportunidad de conocerla y aprender de ella, porque seguro ella también sabrá crecer más junto al que la elija de maestra.
