Although I’m a college student studying economics, music still plays an important role in my life. I'm an active member of my school’s marching band and jazz ensemble and I even volunteer at a local facility where I teach piano lessons!

Hello! I work best with students in elementary school. A normal lesson starts with an intro activity which reviews what was learned last week. Then I ask students to play their piece from the previous lesson and if it’s played well, they can move on to a new topic! I believe many topics introduced in piano lesson books unnecessary for beginners and often waste time and demotivate students. I focus on what’s important so students can get excited about the piano!
