About Nikita
Hello! I'm Nikita Batra, an educator, teacher trainer, and learning & development professional with over 20 years of experience in education.
My journey began in the classroom, where I discovered that meaningful learning happens when curiosity, empathy, and engagement come together. Since then, I have dedicated my career to helping educators transform the way they teach and the way students learn.
I currently serve as the Head of Training & Development at Navneet Education, where I design and deliver professional development programs for teachers and school leaders. Over the years, I have worked with educators from diverse school systems, helping them implement practical, research-backed strategies that create lasting classroom impact.
I am also the Founder of Vidyananda Gurukula, an initiative focused on empowering teachers through continuous professional development. My expertise includes NEP 2020 implementation, Social Emotional Learning (SEL), competency-based education, inquiry-based learning, classroom management, AI in education, STEM/STEAM learning, curriculum design, and teacher leadership.
As a Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) SEL Fellow and a Google Certified Educator, I believe that great teaching is a combination of knowledge, reflection, and continuous improvement.
My sessions are interactive, practical, and personalized. Whether you're an aspiring teacher, an experienced educator, a school leader, or someone looking to build confidence in teaching, I focus on providing strategies that you can immediately apply in real classrooms.
Outside education, I'm a competitive powerlifter—a passion that constantly reminds me that growth comes from discipline, consistency, and the willingness to keep improving. I bring the same mindset to every learning journey.
