I have known Monwar for 3 years as his learning and development advisor. In this time I have seen many aspects of Monwar’s personality. Resilience, time management and highly dedicated are skills I have observed. I have always found Monwar to be self motivated, punctual, and enthusiastic towards his career. He has used ideas and theory of learning and development and applied it to his tutoring, which has greatly paid off, by receiving many thanks from students and their parents.
