About Raquel
I am a teacher with 30+ years of experience in the classroom. I recently retired and miss teaching tremendously. I am a Spanish native speaker with a B.A in Foreign Languages/ English and Masters degree in Education from Framingham University.
I am a very passionate teacher and my goal is to provide my students with quality of instruction, language skills and understanding of the culture and traditions of the target language.

These are some of the teaching methods and techniques I use in my classes:
-Student-centered/ Constructivist Approach: it turns the focus on the students rather than only on the teacher. This allows the students to participate actively in the learning process.
-Project based-learning: The students ill be actively engaged in completing projects that include speaking, listening, reading and speaking skills.
-Personalized methods, content of instruction, and levels of proficiency
