About Jasmin

I grew up in a religious country and am an avid reader, both things influence how I approach Yoga and its emphasis on spirituality. Yoga to me is not just a physical exercise, the more important benefits are psychological and therefore social.

About the lesson

I have a 200 YTT certificate which I obtained from Yoga Skyros in Greece, as well as having absolved Module 1 at Hridaya Yoga in Mexico.
My classes are designed to help students connect with their inner world through paying close attention to their breath and physical alignment.

The first (free) lesson is always online.
After the initial lesson, lessons have to be cancelled or postponed with a minimum of 24hrs notice. Any cancellation later than 24hrs in advance will be charged at full rate. Packages are non-refundable.
