About Yann
As an ESL, French and Spanish teacher with 18 years’ experience in the field of language teaching I believe I could bring valuable skills to you.
I was born in France, my father is Irish and my mother French. I did postgraduate studies in France, Scotland and Ireland. I have worked as a teacher in Ireland, France and Spain where I was living for the last 12 years and where I ran a language school teaching English, French and Spanish. I worked with children, teenagers and adults both Spaniards and immigrants. I also provided in-company classes in both French and English.
I am a reliable, serious and highly motivated teacher and I know how to transmit my passion for languages to my students. The fact that I speak three languages also help me to understand the specific difficulties learners might be faced with when studying a foreign language. My acquaintance with French, Spanish and European literature and culture in general, provides an additional asset to my teaching.
