About Janine
I am a qualified and experienced educator with over six years of classroom teaching experience in the CAPS curriculum, specializing in Mathematics (Grades 8–11) and Mathematical Literacy (Grades 10–12), delivered in both English and Afrikaans. I hold a BSc in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology as well as a PGCE in FET Life Sciences and Mathematical Literacy. My expertise extends beyond the classroom, with experience as an NSC marker for Mathematical Literacy Paper 2 and participation in WCED training workshops for FET Mathematics instruction. I transitioned from full-time teaching to private tutoring to focus on more personalized, effective teaching, free from the additional demands of a school environment.
