I specialize in Vinyasa Chakra Multilevel. My classes have an emotional and meditative approach, as well as a safe physical flow. I offer you personalized classes to your emotional and physical needs, nourished with some philosophy. Through private classes you can move faster, without sacrificing the subtle effects of yoga practice.
