About Sudipta
I have done my post-graduation in Botany from Calcutta University and thereafter got professionally qualified by doing B.Ed and M.Ed. I have taught in various states of India and in highly reputed schools,- following both ICSE and GCSE. I had been appointed ISC Examination Zonal Chief Co-ordinator for Environmental Education for several years. I was lucky to teach students of diverse academic abilities and always got feedback that I am a motivating teacher. I consider myself to be a dedicated teacher and I am presently settled in Kolkata. I enjoy teaching most teaching Biology and Science for middle and high school students and Maths for middle school students.

I believe that teaching should consist of two parts - knowing and doing. The students should know about the topic, which is the knowing part; and the student should also get an opportunity to act based on the knowledge gained in the topic,- which is the doing part. My method is teaching through practical examples using visual aids where-ever possible: this is the knowing part. And then give assignments / exercises / projects to the students so that the knowledge gained gets a chance to be used.
