About NAOMI
I am a dedicated Mathematics tutor for learners aged 11–16, specializing in helping students build strong foundations and confidence in the subject. I make Math simple by breaking down complex concepts into clear, step-by-step explanations using real-life examples and interactive teaching methods. Each lesson is structured with a quick review, focused teaching, guided practice, and independent work to ensure real understanding and progress. I use a student-centered teaching approach that focuses on understanding concepts rather than memorization. My lessons are interactive and structured to help learners aged 11–16 build confidence in Mathematics through clear explanations, guided practice, and real-life applications. A typical lesson begins with a short review of prior knowledge, followed by step-by-step teaching of a new concept using examples, visual aids, and ICT tools where appropriate. I then guide students through practice questions before allowing independent work to assess understanding, ending with a brief recap and targeted feedback.
