About Hallie
I am currently a senior at UT Austin and love working with children. My career plan is to work in Medical Policy and Public Health but I find much enjoyment in teaching. I have one cat who I love to talk about, she is precious. I also love cooking, learning new languages, and pilates!
I want students to know that I understand how hard it can be, and I want to lighten their stress as much as I can. I also understand that life outside of school effects academic performance so I like to check in with my students on how they are doing outside of school, how they're feeling, or if their schedule is too crammed.

-Creating 2-3 objectives for the lesson of the day to ensure organization
-Using student's humor and interests to keep them engaged with the learning
-I currently am a student as well so I can empathize with stress from school
-These lessons are for grades K- 9th grade
-School stresses students out and I plan to provide a supportive and understanding environemnt
