About Irina
I am a 46 years old. I have 3 children and many many children whom I feel responsible for - my students.
22 years of teaching at Ulyanovsk State University led me to the conclusion that only solid base and deep interest guarantee progress and success in studying. So I am very focused on working out both these items. I like when students feel free to express their thoughts, ideas, hypothesis, and emotions.

To work out skills we will solve typical tasks and learning basic terms. To learn how solve non standard tasks we will think, discuss and try different approaches, based on good skills.
My usual lesson starts with analysis of mistakes or failures when preparing Home assignment. If needed we cover the theme again, and then take a new theme. Every new method or technique is studied in this way: I show how to solve, we solve two tasks together, then you solve task alone with my assistance, and finally if you are getting well you solve completely alone.
The lessons can be helpful for senior students of Colleges and students of Universities who are going to get Bachelor degree in Economy, Mathematics and Physics.
As a tutor I avoid to force my ideas to my students when discussing how to solve a problem, instead I prefer alive and free atmospheres of vivid discussions.
