About OMAR
Since childhood, I used to be a huge fan of martial arts movies, Bruce Lee, Jackie Chan, and Jet Li, and for that reason, I moved to China for 7 years to learn not just martial arts but also the Chinese language which brought me into the Chinese culture in a whole and unforgettable experience of life.

Getting ready for competition- training forms or Taolu Chanquan, Nanquan, Taijiquan, or Sanda (Chinese Kickboxing.
Self-defense can be technics only for your safety.
Taichi-Chinese is a meditation through slow movements with slow music.
