I am a Food Technologist , currently serving as the Team Manager-Technical Training Specialist with Almarai Company , Al Kharj, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. My diverse 6 years of experience in Food Sector includes 3 years 6 months of experience in milk powder production plant (production department) and 2 years 6 months of experience in Quality (QA/QC) department (Fruit beverages , UHT food products , Cheese ,butter , ghee and Fermented Food products), imparts an excellent technical knowledge of production management ,ensure Quality Assurance/Control , troubleshooting , implementation of Food Safety & Quality systems, implementation of HACCP , taking care of AIB inspection, ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 audit ,Impart technical training to Labourers and operators, Manpower management , involvement in projects, new plant commissioning, Material control and Management , Technical Management, Product Development, Process Improvement, Cost Control, Relationship Management ,Report generation , Maintaining Health & Safety standards for workers ,having skills of logical thinking, positive attitude, decision making, communication , leadership , problem solving skills .
