About Athiqur
Since graduating in BSc Hons in Biotechnology in Medicine, I've always wanted to give back to students through 1:1 mentoring & tuition.
I have been able to deliver this by parents approaching me and asking me to teach and help their children prepare for GCSE's.
Since I started, I've never looked back. The joy and satisfaction when students learn and achieve excellent results is inspiring enough for me to do this.

Following a 1:1 assessment with the student, I will identify focussed topic areas that require improvement/teaching.
I will outline a teaching programme to focus on these topics on a weekly basis. On completion, an assessment will take place to ensure that the student has proficiently learnt the topic areas.
Each lesson will last for 50 minutes followed by a 10 min break and will be a minimum of 2 hours for effective learning.
Prior to Covid lock down, I was providing 1:1 tuition to students for 10 years, which has seen students go onto successful careers, e.g. pharmacy, medicine or economics.
Lessons tailored and targeted towards those preparing to do their GCSE's.
