I am Lethiwe Shange, from South Africa, Kwazulu Natal. I am a teacher who is teaching isiZulu. I love isiZulu because it is a narrative language to me. Teaching this language allows me to teach about our culture and respect.

In my lessons, I use a participatory method which is learner-centered rather than teacher-centered. I encourage my students to actively participate in the lesson, so that they can gauge for themselves. Teach them to build their vocabulary from everyday.
