About Samara
Hi! I’m Sam! I am a Year 12 student taking Biology, Chemistry and Maths, with aspirations to go into medicine if all goes well. However, Maths is definitely my favourite A-level. My aim is to teach in a simple, memorable and fun way, and to build confidence as well as grades, because no one is ‘bad at maths’ in my book.

- I have tutored students in the younger years of my school in the past - lessons aimed at GCSE maths - preferably Edexcel IGCSE exam board as this is what I did but can adapt - will provide detailed notes with example questions for tutee - in a lesson, we will go over the notes and then do some related exam questions - each lesson can focus on a new topic - light homework to keep up practice, since maths is all about practice! not at all compulsory, but recommended - prioritise topics the tutee is struggling with - can do sessions to review papers and practise exam technique - I will always try to be a motivating and encouraging tutor
