I think teaching should be practical and cooperative and i do the same, also i know the behaviour management which allows me to become comfortable with student. I Begin a lesson with a short review of previous, prerequisite learning and with a short statement of goals. Present new material in small steps, with student practice after each step and I can give classes upto 12 standard.
