About FONDZENYUY
As a chemistry teacher in diverse background settings in lay private, confessional and public schools, I have gained effective interaction as a Chemistry teacher with students of varied upbringings. Teaching and assessing across the board in all classes from secondary to high school and preparing students adequately for end-of-course examinations empower my effectiveness. This is evident in my track record as a teacher, examiner, and Chief Examiner in Chemistry for the Cameroon General Certificate of Education Board (CGCE) for over 25 years. My regular organization of relevant practical lessons enhances better perception and apprehension of concepts by my students. Application of PowerPoint in my lectures favors quick coverage of programs and thorough grasping of facts and their application in society. With team spirit, effective communication, and mastery of the subject, I am apt and adequate for the role I apply.

Chemistry will be made understandable by first teaching exhaustively the basic principles whose applications will be used subsequently in apprehension of concepts in Inorganic and Organic Chemistry. Importance is laid on establishing a trend in concepts wherein earlier lessons set the base for subsequent application. This gives a continuity in flow of facts to finally interrelate them and present a holistic perception of notions. This makes the subject understandable and avoids memory of heart as the concepts are interrelated. Practical relevant exercises will be done to express the reality and application of learned concepts in society.
