About Johnie
I taught full time in Enid, Oklahoma 3rd grade. I also had other job experiences outside of education like in Office Assistant and theatre acting in Dallas, OKC and Enid, OK. I did Community Theatre and Children's Theatre in all three cities.
I have been private teaching almost 3 years. I began with Sylvan Learning, then moved on to Club Z where I did one on one teaching in student's home environment or a public library. I like the one on one teaching rather than small group of 3 for one hour. I can a student more attention and time and meet their needs rather than cookie cutter style. So far, I have had 6 students in the past two years as a private tutor. My students excelled in their classroom after I came to them and helped them with their homework and giving more time to each one.

I have two degrees, both in education with years of experience in education and acting. I have both BA in Elementary Education and MA in Theatre Education. I graduated form Oklahoma City University with both degrees. I am a certified teacher by the State Of Oklahoma. I teach in the three modalities of learning as well using John Gardner's Seven Intelligences. Also, Whole Brain teaching.
I teach one on one the best as you can meet your student's needs on an intensive basis.
