I focus on the concepts rather than the course curriculum of the student. I use various ppts and other relevant materials from internet and authors. I prefer to have class with 5-6 students. I give classes to 5-12, degree students

What motivates you to teach & why?
I think education is what makes the future of an individual , his/her family , society. I always look for the opportunity where I can provide a class resource to the students so that they can get what they want.
Being a student sometimes they are misguided or they are confused what to do in particular subject. A one to one interaction clear their doubts and help them to focus.
When did you start developing an interest in your subject area?
When I was in 2nd year of college year , I got interest in teaching computer science.
If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?
My role model for the my work is my Uncle. He is a very hardworking person and always look forward to learn something new and share it with the world. Such learning and sharing nature always motivate me to teach students and peers.
I think that he is a very work dedicated and jolly person. He always keep his work organized and up to date. I have learned many day to day things from him.
What is the biggest obstacle you had to overcome in mastering your craft?
The biggest obstacle was my confidence in front of the audience. I was comfortable with the known audience. But it was difficult for me to give lecture/session in front of new audience(fear of getting weird questions).
In your opinion, what makes someone excel in your subject area?
Always learning new things , share your work with other people and contribute in open source community is the key to excel in computer world.
What would you say to a student who says, "This is too difficult, I give up!"?
A very classic real example is my Uncle (my role model). He was from a commerce background and when he switched to computer world, it was very difficult for him to come up. At that time , his struggle, his dedication and confidence on himself made him come so long in computer world.
