About Souradeep
I am an engineer who completed his B.tech from Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT). Currently working with one of the leading MNC banks as an Analytics professional. I have been responsible for building analytical models and present the same to the clients as per their requirements. I am suitably skilled at data mining, data munging, data manipulation, data parsing (CSV, HTML, PDF, XML), data modeling, data visualization and exploring analytical results using models like Regression, logistic regression, SVN, Decision Tree, etc. My recent exposure to the Data Analytics Programme conducted by IISc would further help me to prune up the skills for the students.
I passed the 10th standard (ICSE) with 93.25% ,
12th standard (ISC) with 90.25%,
Completed B.Tech with a CGPA of 8.88/10
I enjoy the activity of sharing the experience I have gathered over the years with the would-be professionals and shape them up with the insights of what the industry demands. I believe in creating the right bridge between the theory that you learn and the practical execution that the industry demands.

I have always been a firm believer of interactive sessions. One can get the most out of a teaching session if it is interactive. We can easily ask the same set of questions and try to find an answer of that, rather than the classical way of static learning where the teacher gives notes for the student to learn up.
My methodology involves starting off with the basic theory sessions and executing the same right away on Python consoles. Every result and finding should be questioned. I would enable the student to ask the right questions and take no result for granted. This would make him self-sufficient and crack the job interviews. The student and I would try and find meaning out of massive data sets, together and build models to find the end result.
Each session would start with a revision of the previous day.
