During my final year of B.Tech, I had the opportunity to gain hands-on teaching experience by mentoring junior students and assisting peers in their academic subjects. I approached each session with a positive attitude and strong communication skills, which helped me build a comfortable and productive learning environment. I focused on identifying individual student needs, simplifying complex topics, and encouraging interactive discussions.
