The structure of a class should be a safe classroom, one where students can enjoy themselves and focus on learning, this would help them as well as the teachers to grasp things easily in a class.
Some features which I think I have are:
communication, listening, collaboration, adaptability, empathy, patience, engaging a classroom presence, value in real-world learning, exchange of best practices and most importantly a lifelong love of learning and teaching.
The classes are intended for school children only.
