I am a full time Employed Software Engineer.Teaching has always fascinated me. I used to teach kids during my engineering days to earn few bucks for my college life.Later in my job I enjoy the Knowledge Transfer sessions to my peers .

I make sure the child acknowledges me as a friend so that this process will be easy for both of us. I don't directly embark upon the topic,rather stress upon the basics or the pre requisites . Also having a feedback session with parents is also very important after every class is what I feel.
