Collaboration and problem-solving are my gold standards. Long explanatory lectures are rarely necessary. But I'm flexible because every student is different. For example, I love visuals and concrete examples of abstract ideas but maybe you prefer mnemonic devices or linear process. The immediate goal is we attain competence and even mastery of the current topic. As we do, I want to pass along learning techniques that accelerate your solo learning.
