About Farhan
I am Farhan, a technical team lead based in Kota, India. I lead a five-person team and work with CRM systems, automation, technical support and AI-assisted product delivery. My experience includes HighLevel and Rippling, and leading AI-assisted development using Cloudflare and GoHighLevel. I have also shared troubleshooting approaches with colleagues through informal training. I enjoy turning confusing tools into clear, practical steps. My lessons draw on this workplace experience, with patient explanations, hands-on exercises and honest discussion of what AI can and cannot do.

Learn to use ChatGPT and AI tools for practical work, with clear prompts and careful checking of the results. We will start with your goal, improve a prompt together, test the output and turn it into a reusable workflow. Lessons can cover writing customer responses, documenting processes, planning CRM workflows and using AI to support small projects. Sessions are for adult beginners, students and working professionals, in English or Hindi. I explain each step simply and focus on skills you can practise independently. No coding background is required.
