About Mario
My name is Mario, I am passionate about sports and that is why I dedicate myself to it. I have always practiced many sports but as soon as I discovered the gym I knew it was my thing.
I have dedicated all my studies to the world of sport and that is why now I dedicate myself to helping people achieve their goals.
Have the freedom to train wherever you want, in a gym, in a park, wherever suits you best!

Hi! My name is Mario and I offer personal and functional training sessions for small groups, injury recovery, physical preparation, cross training and much more.
Whenever I train someone I like to do a thorough personal evaluation to prevent any injury and offer the highest quality training possible according to each type of person. I also offer nutritional support.
If you are thinking about losing weight, gaining muscle, hypertrophy, recovering from an injury, or getting started in the world of sports, I help you!
